Summarised description of the market access barrier (please not more than 1000 characters): Since September 2006, Chinese authorities are systematically rejecting the declared invoice price for the purpose of customs valuation of textile imports and instead are applying their own methodology.

This methodology consistently overvalues the shipments and results in an unreasonably high import duty assessment.
